Governor: Revenue Estimates a Reminder of Need for Targeted Cuts

Columbia, S.C. - August 13, 2008 - Following today’s decision by the Board of Economic Advisors (BEA) to leave current shortfall estimates unchanged, Governor Sanford again urged state lawmakers to not cut all agencies equally, and instead to make targeted cuts in the face of declining state revenues.
